Let the postings begin.....on Heather Goerdt Gulf Coast Exotic Felines Bad Breeder

I'm going to start this by saying that Heather has been given multiple opportunities to resolve this issue.  She has taken none of them.  Multiple people have tried to reason with her and resolve this and Heather wasted a great deal of time with an attorney who tried to settle this issue.  Unfortunately, Heather has made a choice to continue down this path and continue lying.  This leaves me no other alternative than to begin posting documents about Heather, her cattery, and now given the last posting by Melissa Coleman, her mother as well since she opened the can of worms, now I will show that she too is lying.  It's really quite unfortunate.

I have made a total of 3 attempts to resolve this issue with Heather either through other parties or myself.  She has rebuffed all attempts.  My offer was actually quite generous.  To date, I have recovered a total of $618.23 of the $1997.65 medical bill I incurred due to Heather's neglect and to get that small amount was a huge fight as Heather fought every step of the way trying to stop paypal from returning any money to me at all.  Of course, Heather paints an entirely different story.  She is big on claiming she has tried to pay the bills, she has tried to settle, yet she cannot show any proof of it nor does she make this settlement attempt public.  She won't make it public because then she would have to stick to it or risk being shown as a liar.

I paid Heather a total of $2818.23 for Sable not including shipping.  The agreement with Sable was that if Sable became pregnant, I would then owe Heather a final payment of $700.00.  My offer to Heather was that I would forgive $700 of the outstanding medical bill ($1997.65 - $618.23 - $700.00) if she sent the papers to me on Sable.  This is what I would of had to pay if Sable became pregnant.  I was willing to concede the $700 before it was even known if Sable was fertile in order to resolve this.  In addition, there is a pending $450.00 chargeback that has not been decided yet by the credit card company.  If that was decided in my favor (which I expect it to be), that would leave a balance on the medical bills of $229.42.  I had requested this balance go to Savannah Rescue rather than me.  If the $450 was found in her favor, then the settlement included a provision that this money should be donated to Savannah Rescue.  All in all, a very good offer.  It would make Heather whole by the credit of $700 against a bill she owes and while I would not be made whole at all due to the proposed donation to Savannah Rescue, I felt it was a good way to take something so bad and give an opportunity for good to come from it through a donation to a great organization.  This offer put Heather in a position where she most likely had no further payout and all it truly required of her was sending the papers.  I had also agreed to take down the blog provided she took down hers.  Initially, she seemed amiable to this offer but for what ever reason, she has decided that she doesn't like the idea of having to pay for Sable's medical bills of which it is already charged back.  In effect, she has cut off her nose to spite her face.  This is a pattern with Heather.  In the documents I am going to post, you will see how she often uses delay techniques when anyone sues her or makes very foolish choices, and there have been multiple lawsuits.  In addition, I will be posting a statement by other people who have gotten cats from her that were very sick upon arrival.  They have given me permission to post.  She will probably accuse them of lying as she often does.  In my offer to her, I had tried to come up with the best solution for me and her.  What would be as fair as possible but unfortunately, she has decided against a very generous offer and would prefer instead that I post these documents.  In addition, at anytime during these 3 attempts to resolve this with Heather, she could have counter offered but instead she rejected all attempts made by all parties.

Melissa Coleman continues to post lying about her relationship with Heather and lying about this entire situation so I will start my posts with those that relate to her and exactly who she is.
